Herein after Mussell and Bullock Media LLC will be referred to as MB Media.

To meet the needs of our clients, there are circumstances where MB Media will collect private, personal and/or business information. That information includes but is not limited to the following: phone number, email address, date of birth, personal and/or business address, driver's license, social security number, business EIN, business license, banking information, usernames/passwords to social media accounts or other business platforms, data and analytics from your website and/or social media account, and balance sheet information (profit or loss). 

 

There are several ways that MB Media will obtain this information. Those methods will include information forms via our website or those sent by email in addition to direct communication via phone or email. 

 

While managing websites for our clients, we also have access to their customers' information for several reasons. Those reasons include but are not limited to shipping purposes, assisting with orders, managing incoming leads, etc. This information will not be stored in any way. The only use of this information will be solely up to the discretion of our clients. It will not be used by MB Media in any other way.

Our clients' personal or business information is not shared with anyone outside of MB Media. Any information given to us by our clients is stored and accessible through our CRM system with Wix or in saved emails, texts, video recordings, written notes, etc. This information may be used by us to contact our clients, members, or any interested party that has given us their information for business purposes only. This allows us to market new services or products through different marketing techniques.

If at any point in time our clients would like to have their information withdrawn from us or deleted all together, they have the right to do so. That process is as simple as reaching out to us via phone, email or any sort of other communication tools and expressing their need to do so.

As a business dealing with sensitive information and due to the everchanging circumstances in the business environment, this policy is subject to change. When updates to this policy occur, this privacy policy page will be edited accordingly.
